Flat steel

     Flat steel refers to steel with a width of 12-300mm, a thickness of 3-60mm, a rectangular cross-section, and slightly blunt edges. Flat steel can be finished product, used as billet for welded pipe, or used as thin slab for rolled sheet metal. Main Applications: Flat steel, as finished product, can be used to make hoops, tools, and mechanical parts, and in construction as structural members for roof frames and escalators.

Finishing rolling utilizes a continuous rolling process with automatic looper control to ensure no steel buildup or stretching. The product's dimensional accuracy is high, with tolerances, three-point, same-grade tolerances, and camber all exceeding those of medium plate. Straightness is also excellent. Cold shearing ensures high length accuracy.

5. The product's material conforms to national standards, the same as steel plate. Production is organized according to the quality and technical standards YB/T4212-2010 (Q345B/Q235B refer to GB/T1591-94 and GB/T700-06, respectively).
